If you are sensible to cold is better to begin the bath at a higher temperature and the lower the temperature gradually.

A hot bath should be made in a room with a temperature of 22-24 C, and a cold bath should be made in a room with a temperature of 25-27 C

In the morning is better to take a bath at the room temperature 30 C, for rejuvenation, after 5-10 minutes the sleeping sensation will disappear completely.

YELOW



Yellow is the warmest color, very dynamic also, suggesting heat and intimacy. In pale tones, indicates optimism. Yellow is the color of mental activity and sun light. It shows opening to learning, wisdom and inteligence. The invigorating shades often stimulate the enthousiasm, the idea force and the spiritual development (especialy when is almost white).

Physiological effects of the yellow color: stimulates the optic nerv, influences the normal functioning of the cardio-vascular system. Yellow color stimulates the central nervous system, increases the digestive capacity, ameliorates the tonus, makes us feel in shape. Its most important action is the one of ameliorating the digestion.

Psychological effects of the yellow color: Yellow color conferes and increases the self-control and amplifies the mental lucidity.

GREEN
